that should be accomplished through the CSS
.button:hover {color: 000000; text-decoration: underline}

i put it with the css in the pm code, the only css there to do with any of the buttons, it didnt changed
<style type="text/css"> .menubg .button{ margin: 2px; color: 000000; font-family:tahoma; font-weight: bold; font-size: 10pt; } .menubg .pmbutton:link, .menubg .pmbutton { margin: 2px; color: 000000; font-family:tahoma; font-weight: bold; font-size: 10pt; } .titletext{ margin: 2px; color: 000000; font-family:tahoma; font-weight: bold; font-size: 8pt; } .button{ margin: 2px; color: 000000; font-family:tahoma; font-weight: bold; font-size: 9pt; } .button:hover {color: 000000; text-decoration: underline} </style>

its picking that blue underline up from the default PBS CSS..
try adding this to Global Header
<style type="text/css"> A:hover {color: none} </style>

I just looked and it makes the underline the same color as the link for me. the sub-boards on the main page that are green have green underlines.

i changed my colors to black, but i want people to see who posted last and whatever the thread was in the last post differently from the black. could you change posted by and last thread in that cell as well as any link in the info center which would include members being a link with a hex option. if you wanna type it in, 6D6D6D default. and just the last post cell ones bold, thread listings too
the green underline is fine, it matches the sub boards it looks good

replace last post cell remodel with this:
<script type="text/javascript"> <!-- var lastPostCell = document.getElementsByTagName('td'); for(l=0; l<lastPostCell.length; l++) { if(lastPostCell[l].className == 'windowbg2' && lastPostCell[l].width == '24%') { lastPostCell[l].width = '23%';lastPostCell[l].align = 'center'; if (lastPostCell[l].firstChild.innerHTML && lastPostCell[l].firstChild.innerHTML.match(/<br>/i)) { for (lnks=lastPostCell.getElementByTagName('a'), w=0; w<lnks.length; w++) lnks[w].className='lastpostlink'; temp=lastPostCell[l].firstChild.innerHTML.split(/<br>/i); newtemp=temp[2]+"<br>"+temp[1]+" "+temp[0]; lastPostCell[l].firstChild.innerHTML=newtemp; } lastPostCell[l].previousSibling.previousSibling.previousSibling.width = '50%'; }} // --> </script>
then add this CSS above it:
<style type="text/javascript"> .lastpostlink {color: FF0000; font-style: bold;} </style>
