Seeing as all exalts and smites get noted in the security log, I was wondering if it would be possible to create a log of them for future reference. (Perhaps to see if anyone is cheating or to see who did what and when..)
Also.. would it be possible to attach an optional note when administering said karma?

well, if you wanted to create your own log of all karma actions, it would be possible, but it would require external storage. There isnt really anywhere built in to the site that could keep that info, and the security log is only available to the admin.
I believe Todge wrote a code that will let you send a PM after you do a karma action, but that is the closest thing I have seen to adding a note. Check on PBS database for it.
