The Idea would be to have multiple logos per board and every time the board loads a new logo/banner is loaded.
Each board would have lines for images and separated per board/subject matter.
(i.e. a Car board will load different pictures of cars everytime it loads)

From that other thread: For rotation to happen, it needs to store data somewhere. It also depends on when you want the rotation to happen. Most likely this is something JavaScript can't do. I know you can store stuff in cookies using JavaScript but that's on a per user basis and I have no clue how that works. I know Wormopolis is going to say use W3Schools but I still don't get some of it.
