I have actuallt TRIED to figure out why it does that. I even added in an onload event to try to rpeven tit, but occasionally it loads the welcome table before the logo and since the banner remodel pushes the logo to the background it doesnt size the table to the same dimensions.
basically, the code grabs the logo size as soon as it loads, then resizes the welcome table to match, then pushes it to the back so it can float the menu buttons on top. It only ever seems to do it when it has to reload the image from fresh instead of cache.
I gave up on trying to figure it out in order to make another attempt later. I cant recreate it when I WANT it to happen...
