i wasn't sure if this should be a request or not, but it's not a personalized request or anything.. just can't figure out what the codes for this would be. anyways.
i was wondering what the code would be to have a background around the forum categories and such, and then a different background on the outside?
i'll use this site for an example to better tell you what code i'm looking for; the blue background, and then on the outside of that, the black background. only instead of it going straight up and down, it'd be more of a box.
i hope i made sense, if not please ask for me to better clarify!

on the PBS database there is a code for border around forum. actually 2 codes, one uses images one uses just colors. basically it just encloses your entire forum in a table and gives the cell a background.
Smangii has a good one that seems popular.
