Aye Wormo, Are you sure that there is no way to set up a 'New Post' code? *As every post happens it is directly sent to the table like the one on your home page in the order that they are posted. Here's an example: It is the table on the top right. www.illestlyrics.com/board/Is there not a way to do that here at proboards? Since all new post are stored in the default 'most recent post', cant there be a code that simply retrieves info from there and displays it in a table on the homepage? |

the part about "retrieves info" is what kills that for you. It is against TOS to query the server for information. even if I could write a code to GET that information, Martyn would notice it and any site running the code would be shut down.
