Is there an easy peasy code for creating skins in proboards? One that a sad and severely code challenged person can read? Proboards is the hardest board I've ever tried to customize. There's no preview button that allows you to check your forum out as you go along. Log out, take a peek, log in, find the skin to modify, tweak, log out, take a peek, log in.....etc.
I'd just love a simple code that will allow more use of pattern other than just the background. I love making skins. A code that can be stored (if necessary) and used to make other skins later.

What exactly are you asking? Peter over at Proboards Support has got a WYSIWYG proboards skin thing in the works, but nothing solid is there yet. For the most part, just ask around on proboards coding sites to see if anyone can code the effects you're looking for, follow their advice, and do what the rest of us have to do.
Also, you know you don't have to log out to view the skin, right? Just click the modify skin button, then refresh on the admin page, and it all shows up.

Hmmm...didn't know that. This is my first attempt at opening a proboard forum which basically will be used to store my art and kits. I had a blog but something went haywire and I can no longer access it. I can't believe that google would set up a system that couldn't be recovered or troubleshot. Thanks for responding.
