I'm having problems with a code that suppose to be in a regular table but I'm putting it in a Right Side Table.
It's really more of a design issue since the code works. How do I move the non-scrolling banner to the top and the scrolling banner under it and still keep my table width at 200px (willing to increase them slightly to make this work). I still want to keep the buttons since they work. I need the scrolling banner to go under the non-scrolling (up & down).
I PM you the link to the site since I'm still working on it.

its the fact you have 5 cells in the last row and only 2 in the other rows that is causing the expansion. so you need to embed a new table in the last row, and set the last row to have 1 cell with colspan=2 inorder to compact it in:
<tr> <td colSpan="2"> <table style="width:100%"><tr> <td width="16.6%" height="5px" class="titlebg" align="center" vAlign="middle"> <span style=" cursor: pointer;" onMouseover="function3();"><font size="2">◄</font></span> </td> <td width="16.6%" class="titlebg" align="center" vAlign="middle"> <span style=" cursor: pointer;" onMouseover="function6();"><font size="1">Fast</font></span> </td> <td width="16.6%" class="titlebg" align="center" vAlign="middle"> <span style=" cursor: pointer;" onMouseover="function7();"><font size="1">Norm</font></span> </td> <td width="16.6%" class="titlebg" align="center" vAlign="middle"> <span style=" cursor: pointer;" onMouseover="function5();"><font size="1">Slow</font></span> </td> <td width="16.6%" class="titlebg" align="center" vAlign="middle"> <span style=" cursor: pointer;" onMouseover="function4();"><font size="2">►</font></span> </td> <td width="16.6%" class="titlebg" align="center" vAlign="middle" colspan="2"> <a href="javascript:CopyAffCode();"><font size="1" color ="#813015">Copy Code<font></a> </td></tr></table> </td></tr> </table>
I highlighted the part that needs to be replaced in yellow

That worked to get the table back in proportion. It still messing up my subject line. How do I expand it back unto the entire table? Thanks

you mean where it says "subject"?
the first row of the table has 1 cell, so in order for it to cover both cells below it, it needs a colspan="2" as well.
now when you do that, it will make the 2 cells below it go all wonky. you have the second cell in the second row have a width of 10%. put BOTH cells in the second row to have width=50%
