It was suggested that i put my chat box at the top of my page.
Is there a way to put it over the navigation bar? Right now i have those pesky ads at the very top. I want to keep it that way because it seems more out of the way.
This is my current code just in case you need it.

so confused. I swear when I looked at your board last it was under the info center. if you still want it under everything, just put it in footers.
