I guess it depends on how closely you keep grips on your bookmarks. It looks like it just quickly adds whatever site you are on to the list. doesnt look like anything is in there to make sure it isnt already IN your bookmarks (and I dont believe there is a way to get that information anyways). potentially it could keep adding the site to the bookmarks everytime the box is checked, but otherwise I dont see any harm in it.
