Im just working out some display issues before I post the beta test. only a handful of people have access to this board.
There will be 2 threads I will start. 1 for reporting errors, and the other for suggesting upgrades.

working on GUI... should be draggable.. but the drag is slow. I cant figure any other way to do it.
Im also, for the first time, adding the site icon to a code so ppl can click it to find their way here.
any thoughts will be appreciated.

For the dragging maybe set up 3-4 positions where the user can pick from. Like bottom-left, bottom-right ect. Just a thought.  If I posted in the wrong thread move it for me.  |

The entire grey bar at the top is draggable. If I put a gray bar at the bottom, do you think it would disrupt the look? I was trying to emulate how a little windoid would look without creating a windoid (avoiding pop-up blocker)
what about making sure it always stays in the window no matter what the scroll is?

Not sure about the grey bar...  As it is right now it blocks the Logo, don't want that! What about a bar or link you could click on and it would rise up/drop down or slide out/slide in with the controls? Maybe a link under the CODE INDEX that floats to the left? Points to floating nav table. Click on Skin View and a Control Box slides in from somewhere. Maybe fades in? LOL. I'm just throwing things out there for ya to ponder. ;D Edit: I was playing around with my music links code at a test site and found a pretty good jquery fadeSliderToggle code. Try it out. blocks the logo?
The panel wont be visible all the time. There will be a small button in the menubar, or perhaps in the admin panel that actually turns it on so it will be present on every page. I made it dragable in case someone has side menus and wants to see what changing skin values does to their side menus. I dont want to make it static anywhere or someone will want it to appear in a different place then where I start it. This isnt just for my site either... eventually it will be a posted code for anyone to take onto their own forum.
the slide thing is something I will def consider for a future upgrade that handles skin images...

must be a resolution thing.. on my screen its covering the nav menu, but its still to the left of Clyde.
