wearechampions.proboards.com/This is my site that I have started and went to the themes library and found one that I really liked a bunch. Well I can't figure out how to put the cbox where it goes and edit the header. So if anyone will be able to help that would be AWESOME!!

"put the cbox where it goes" entirely depends on where you WANT it to be. You should still be able to edit your templates directly and insert the HTML code for the cbox. where were you looking to put it?
"edit the header" ... what are you looking to do?

Well I'm wanting to add a picture and edit all the updates and welcome stuff to it. If you run your mouse across the grey box it fades to a welcome thing. Well I can't figure out how to get to where I can fix it. I'm not good with all the updates.

start with admin->structure->template
the forum wrapper has the stuff in it you will need to edit
