Hi, I have a bit of a problem with my board and I'm seeking some assistance.
I currently have 2 users that are stuck in Red. I didn't discover this until one of them requested that I change their color to Hot Pink. I had them both as Admins, and I have exhausted the abilities I know of in trying to change the color. It appears Hot Pink on the profile page and in the shoutbox before it loads fully...once the shoutbox loads fully, it turns Red again. Same goes for the members' list page. On the profile page, it stays Hot Pink.
I even tried deleting the Admin group that both of them belonged to (Red was the original color for them and a few others), and they are the only two stuck with the color...everyone else changed to "noob" status.
Any idea what's up with this? All feedback is greatly appreciated, thanks.

do you have a plugin that is specifically styling their names maybe?
