[fraction][fraction]3[/]4[/fraction][/][fraction]2[/]3[/fraction][/fraction]=[fraction]9[/]8[/fraction]
[fraction][fraction]3[/]4[/fraction]+[fraction]3[/]7[/fraction][/][fraction]2[/]3[/fraction][/fraction]
[fraction]1[/]2[/fraction]
[fraction](x+y) + (x-y)[/](x-y)[/fraction]

for a normal number fraction yeah.. but I was looking at how to do algebra fractions, and I wanted it to work recursively.
the problem is you cant put 2 tables next to each other. they automatically go vertical. so polynomials in a fraction that contained fractions themselves:
[fraction][fraction]3[/]4[/fraction]+[fraction]3[/]7[/fraction][/][fraction]2[/]3[/fraction][/fraction]
were ending up in a vertical line, so I had to run a second loop to go back and put them in another table again.
when it comes to just plain numbers, do you think the slash looks better then the horizontal line?

15(x - 1)/(x + 1)
Hmm...[MÜD:evilthought]

yeah see that doesnt look right to me. it looks like (x-1) is an exponent of the 15.
but the problem I have right now is my method puts the fraction part on a new line, so I have to find a way to stop that
