Actually Wormo that meal sounds nutritious. The prime rib has protein, the lobster tail and shrimp give you potassium and zinc. The rice and mashed taters have fiber and startch, and the broccoli and salad are green vegetables that contain vitamins and minerals. Most people don't consider eating at a proper restaurant to be a healthy choice but it really is. The only way it wouldn't be is if the food is greasy and full of fat but that would be fast food.

It probably has around 1,400 calories. Which is still within a persons daily requirement. A normal diet consists of around 2000 calories. Of course you also need to exercise to keep burning the intake. It's like me: I eat around 4,000 calories a day but I also bike several miles every day in addition to power walking for a half hour. So I actually maintain a very thin body frame. (I'm 5'10" and weight 130 lbs. They nicknamed me "stick boy") But on days like today when I'm not going anywhere I eat maybe 1,200 calories. It's all about the balance of eating and exercise.

These days, 1500 or less for me I think. I hardly seem to eat, though. Not healthy. Don't do it.

Yeah I go exercising with my Fiance. But if you get your ipod it's not too bad going alone.
