So, I was asked a while ago by a few RP buddies to help admin a forum with them. I agreed because the anime it is based off of is one of my favorites. Upon entering the site it seemed. . .Ugly. I hesitated, but asked the other staff if they enjoyed the look of it and they all replied no, that it was all they could manage since in the entire equation of 4 admins not a single one of us know much of coding. Except for UBBC, but if you use a forum you should now at least that much. I began working on my own skin, doing away with every aspect of the old one. So far I am pretty proud of my self but there is one thing I want to figure out, actually two. Here is our board: www.shaken-souls.proboards.com/index.cgiNow, what I want and can't seem to figure out is: Oh, and any feed back I am welcoming, this is my first forum after all.

the floating box code in my database isnt quite the same as the one I use on this site, since I have added more things to it. A good hide away side table that you would probably like is the peekaboo side tables that subdevo made. Check out his code site at www.interoceansdesign.comIm looking at the site right now, but the header image seems to be lined up with the rest of forum just fine?

The header image is lined now because I figured it out. Hehehe.
I will give that code a whirl, though I have messed with it before only to fail miserably. :/
Thankies ^^

I might be upgrading the floating box code in the future to allow for "hiding" bars that get added to any of the 4 sides, as well as options to choose where the box sits on the page. Its on a long list of "to do" items
