Hi all i'm new here,
In the not to distant future i am looking to start a new board, the problem is i have zero coding knowledge.
If i designed a forum layout in photoshop would somebody be able to code it so it looks like what i create? Its nothing to flashy, i can supply the images, i just cant code the layout to get it looking how i want.
