allowing guest to view recent topics in portal

I almost have everything the way I like in my portal.The problem is guest can't see the one table I want them to see in it.Which is a recent topics table. I am using one of wormo's code
Was wondering if there was something in there to change or if any of you can see it. I can't from this side as a guest.tks.

Hows that?The table is the first one and has the info in it when logged in.When logged out I can't see it.Tumbleweed could though. Its the box that says latest hot topics(something like that)Not the last table.Thanks.
