they are different URLs to boards.. is it the same board?

Technically we use the same board, but we've changed the URL address domain name to cloudianpublicity.com and we also changed the image. Spatialpublics.com will soon cease to exist, we're keeping it up for now until it runs out so if people accidentally go there theyll eventually come back to the new address.

I thought I already had, but I guess it didnt save. it should be updated now. I still have the old URL in there though. is the URL supposed to change as well?

Yes, the url needs to change please. We have a new domain name new and the old one will eventually be phased out.
