it was a request I did a long time ago for someone. I was just playing around with it. I can getit to stick to the bottom of the screen in IE but in FF it wont do it. I think I have the CSS wrong.
I wanted to get it to work with both browsers and then possibly use the same kind of CSS for the floating navbox instead of the window.onscroll() function.

Thats Cool! This should work for you. Notice I had to align it to the right because it was blocking the save button in on my small resolution. <style type="text/css" media="all"> <!-- .foot2 { height: 250px; width: 210px; position: fixed; z-index: 5; bottom:0; right: 0; *#iefix { overflow-y: scroll; position: relative; } --> </style>
<!--[if IE]><style type="text/css" media="all"> .foot2 { position: absolute; top: expression(document.body.scrollTop+document.body.clientHeight-this.clientHeight); width: 210px; } --> </style><![endif]>
<div class="foot2">
<table id="globalUP" align="right" width=210 height=312 cellpadding=1 bgcolor=000000><tr><td valign=top><table width=100% height=168 cellpadding=4 bgcolor=141414><tr><td><table width=100% height=100% cellpadding=0 bgcolor=000000><tr><td><table width=100% height=100% bgcolor=004499 cellpadding=1 cellspacing=0><tr><td ><table width=100% height=100% bgcolor=010101><tr><td valign=center align=center><img id="avbox" src="http://i197.photobucket.com/albums/aa250/WORMOPOLIS/SdNyJ8.jpg" height="100" width="100"></td></tr></table></td></tr></table></td></tr></table></td></tr></table></td></tr><tr><td valign=top><table width=100% height=134 cellpadding=1 bgcolor=141414><tr><td valign=top><table width=100% height=100% bgcolor=101010><tr><td valign=top><font face="Tahoma"><font color="004499">¤</font> <font id="uname" color="888888" size=2>Username</font><br><font color="004499">¤</font> <font id="status" color="888888" size=2>Status: <font color="004499" id="statmsg">Visiting</font></font><br><font color="004499" id="msgs2" style="display:none">¤</font> <font id="msgs" color="888888" size=2 style="display:none">messages</font><br><hr color=222222 width=80% align=center><div align=center id="guestblock" style="display:none"><a href="/index.cgi?action=viewprofile"><font color=004499 align=left> View Profile </font></a><span align=center style="border-right-style:dashed; border-right-width:1px; border-right-color:#444444;"> </span><span> </span><a href="/index.cgi?action=logout"><font color=004499 align=right> Logout </font></a></font></div><hr color=222222 width=80% align=center><center><div style="width:80%" align=center><div width="80%" align=left><font color=888888 id="logplace" style="display:none">Last Login: </font><font face="Tahoma" id="lastlog"></font></div></div></center></td></tr></table></td></tr></table></td></tr></table>

LOL. Either that or IE does'nt like Fixed. ;D I believe I did read that somewhere about IE not liking Fixed.
I use the same for my static bar thing at my site.
