it looks as if the upper part of your cbox is a fixed 245 height. you can try changing that to a percentage and see what hapens

Although I am still wanting to know how to make a c-box do 100% width or height of its container, I don't think I'll be using the extra column in info center code, unless it can be fixed for browsers other than Firefox. Makes me sad, though, because it looks so awesome.
Maybe I'm just messing something up within the code?

well its more to do with the cbox then the code. the cbox has a fixed height. chrome doesnt like percentages (as you can see from my own cbox) because the parent node doesnt have a fixed height.
if you made the top box 90% and the bottom box 10% does that work?
