ok.. after a lot of PM converstaion, the portkey is now working on your site. I will add into the instructions about putting the code below side tables codes.

Is there any way to get this portal to show up full screen instead of just on the top of the page? I'd like my members to NOT be able to navigate the forum at all until they accept the rules.

The welcome table and the forum itself is all still there. I tried it with a completely new forum, it was the first code I put in. The portkey itself was above the boards, you could still navigate the forum.
