well I see borders in IE7, FF and chrome. Im currently downloading IE8.
I cant download IE9 to this laptop, so if its only IE9, Im not sure what to tell you.

That's okay. I'm pretty sure not tons of people on the forum are using IE9, since no one's come to me about the problem yet. Thanks for all the help, though!  |

I downloaded IE8 and the borders are there. it must be an IE9 thing.
