Thank you very much I should have figured that out but for some reason I got it in my mind that you were saying that had to be that way in the ending ubbc code.
One more thing is there a way to just use one picture with in the post centered without it repeating on either side. I used to have a chat board that you could put a background picture, and you could type over the top of it. The picture would be centered in the middle, but it worked out well. I have no idea of that code, because we don't use that chat anymore, but it used to be through proboards.

add in the switch nr
you will only get one image.
I also updated that code if you want to get the new version. you can now affect the entire cell, or just the post area with or without the HR bar across the top.

Thank you so much for the update and for all your help on this code, it's working well now. I appreciate your knowledge about these codes. I'm just not up to speed on the more advanced codes....LOL I can do html and that is about it.
