ah, ok lol.
Maybe what I want to do then is to create a new thread, but I believe what I was asking for was the coding for the UBBC we could add.
Since we cant set a general image with that code you gave me, we will have to manually add in certain sites, so from your suggestion then what we want is a UBBC button to push to quickly add in the new image banner links that we cant add with the code you gave us.

Also if you dont mind me asking a side question, how'd you get that chatbox on the right of the info center ? Let alone where you got the cahtbox period. Most chatboxes Ive found to add to forums are from sites like chatango... I like the look of yours though.

so a button that you push that asks you for the image URL and the link url and makes the UBBC appear in the posting area?
and I have a Cbox next to my info center. I use a code called "extra column in info center" in my database. there is a small bug in chrome that I havent figured out how to fix however.

Im thinking we can add it to the Ubbc posting buttons, only a certain membergroup can see it ? And you can choose to already have it with the imagelink in or not.... Determineable by putting the link in the coding in the footers...?
That way we can solve the problem of the images with different links, with the ones that have the same image but different links we only push the button then paste in the link and wullah. Or if its a different image per (possible so jsut planning ahead here) you choose not to have the image link in and put both the url link and the image link in.....
Though thinking like that maybe its easier to just have two buttons: One for a static image link already in where you just paste in the Url link, and another button for where you put both an image and url links.... Ya know what I mean?
sheesh Im confusin myself XD

I meant preset though Wormo. A UBBC button with the image link already in. Your right that we could just use the regular image link then for putting in both, but the second link should be a preset: with the image link already inside -

That way you just paste in the different links after clicking the Button. Easier than typing that all up.

I see. ok so we aremaking a code that has an array of images that create little buttons above the posting area. clicking a button will put up a dialog asking for a URL. entering a URL will put the UBBC into the post?

It sounds complicated when you say it like that honestly, but yes. The UBBC I put up above should work perfectly, just paste in the url with the preputin in image link and bam its done.
It probably works better and faster than using the html in posts in conjunction.

try those out.
if you select a URL, then click a button, it will surround the link with the appropriate data.
if you just click the button, it leaves the url= empty so it can be typed in
